Marine Home for the Holidays

Allied Wire’s Craig Smith welcomed his Son home for the holidays.  Marine Pvt. Craig S. Smith, who has just graduated from Marine Boot Camp in Parris Island, SC , after leaving back in July, returned Dec. 14th.  After the holidays, his Son will go to North Carolina for 4 weeks and then on to California to finish his training before his deployment.  Craig is extremely proud of his son and of course excited about his homecoming this holiday season.

Please Join Us this Holiday Season In Helping our Co-Worker and Friend Fight Cancer

We here at Allied Wire and Cable take the holiday season as a time to give back to those who are less fortunate.  Usually we support a terminally-ill child through the Make-A-Wish Foundation, however, you may be familiar with the saying, "Charity Begins at Home."

You'll most likely remember the long time first voice of Allied Wire, Phyllis Rose.  As Allied's receptionist for over six years, Phyllis greeted our customers every day with her friendly personality.

This past July, Phyllis was diagnosed with lung cancer, which has since spread to several other organs.  She has undergone extensive chemotherapy and radiation.  Each day she take numerous medications to fight this battle.

The bills have taken an extraordinary toll on both Phyllis and her family.  That is why we are joining forces in an effort to help offset the ever-increasing medical costs.

Between December 17th and 21st, Allied Wire & Cable will donate 1% of all sales to help Phyllis and her family.

We hope you’ll join us in supporting our colleague and friend this holiday season.
